We accept returns for a refund up to 30 days from the date you received your item. Please email us at operations@summitmachinesupply.com to request a return . Provide your order number in your email to us.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in unused condition, and in it's original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Any items that have been installed, used, or abused will not be honored by our return and refund policy. Please inspect all parts for proper fitment before installation. It is recommended that parts be installed by a professional mechanic.
Prior to signing or accepting a package, please inspect the package for damages that occurred during shipping. Damaged packages must be reported to the shipping carrier at once to qualify for a claim or replacement, please keep all packaging for inspection by the carrier. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged package.
