We accept returns  for a refund up to 30 days from the date you received your item.  Please  email us at operations@summitmachinesupply.com to request a return .   Provide your order number in your email to us.    

To be eligible for a refund,  the  item must be returned in unused condition, and in it's original packaging.  A receipt or proof  of purchase  is required for all returns.     Any items  that have been installed, used, or abused will not be honored by our return and refund policy.   Please inspect all parts for proper fitment before installation.  It is recommended that parts be installed by a professional mechanic.

Prior to signing or accepting a package, please inspect the package for damages that occurred during shipping.  Damaged packages must be reported to the shipping carrier  at once to qualify for a claim or replacement, please keep all packaging for inspection by the carrier.         Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged package.

•  Returns are only accepted by mail

 Return your item using a shipping method that provides you with a TRACKING NUMBER,  and consider purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.   

• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.  Prepaid labels are only offered in the event of our error.
•  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.  Returns are processed within 7 days
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.    
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund unless it was due to our error.     .
• No restocking fee will be charged on parts returned to Summit Machine  Supply.
